- Easy vanilla cake
Ingredients:
– Flour 3cups
– Baking powder 1tbs
– Pinch of salt.
– 4 eggs
– sugar 2cup
– Vanilla fragrance 1ts
– Canola oil 3/4 cup
– Milk 310ml
Instructions:
-Preheat the oven on 360F
-get ready your cake pans by inside layer with parchment paper and greasing the sides
-In cake mixer add canola oil and sugar mix it well, add eggs and vanilla extract mix it, and now add flour, salt and baking powder now mix all ingredients by soft hand.
-take the better into your prepared cake pans and baked on pre heated oven for 30min.
-let cakes to normal temp and unmold it gently.

-butter 140g
-caster sugar 140g
– 2 eggs
– flour 140g
– Baking powder 1tsp
– 2ripe banana
– icing sugar 50g
– Pinch of salt
– Banana chips for decorations
Instructions:
-pre Heat the oven to 180C
-get ready your cake pans by inside layer with parchment paper and greasing the sides
-In cake mixer add butter and sugar mix it well, and then add eggs mix well now add flour, salt and baking powder and mashed bananas, now mix all ingredients by soft hand.
-take the better into your prepared pan and baked on pre heated oven for 30min.

-decorate the banana loaf with icing sugar and banana chips.

– Sour cream 1/2 cup
