Fruits and yogurt recipe

Fruits and yogurt is a very healthy and tasty snack. You can also eat fruits and yogurt in morning or evening snacks. You can also eat fruits and yogurt in hot summer noon or watching T.V.  It is a great food for people who want to weight loss. Also it is superior for children. So here I just write about my recipe of fruits and yogurt.



Fruits and yogurt:


-1 cup yogurt

-1/2 cup sliced strawberry

-1/2 cup pomegranate

-1/2 cup papaya chopped

-2 tbsp honey

-1 pinch of salt


At first take a large bowl, add all of mix fruits (what kind and amount of fruits as you want) , yogurt, honey and salt. Now mix well by a spatula or big spoon. And take in refrigerator until cold. Well serve as your likeable decoration.

In summer hot day fruits and yogurt is a very suitable dish for your health and skin. It is rich in lots of vitamin, minerals and antioxidants. So eat and enjoy…
